This is a dependent membership billed monthly. This is an auto-renewing membership plan and you will be charged at the beginning of each month until cancelled; Refund policy can be found in our membership handbook. Eligible dependents must be 18 years of age or younger. In order to cancel, a cancellation form must be received by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. Note: A primary membership plus must be added before adding a spouse or dependent.

This gives members the option to pay an existing balance or for the first month with one credit card, and the reoccurring charges with a different credit card. If paying both with the same card please enter the same card info both times.
