This process is for full-time Boston University students only. Access to FitRec for new/incoming full-time students is granted only after the waiver is signed. There is no fee involved. There is no deadline by which you need to complete this waiver. You just cannot use FitRec until you complete this process.

A full-time student’s BUID will be authorized to swipe into the Fitness and Recreation Center once they have signed this waiver. Undergraduates will receive their BUID (Terrier Card) at check-in, but if you have not yet been issued a BUID (typically Graduate students), please check in at the front desk until January 26. After this date a BUID will be required.

• Follow the prompts through the checkout process

If you currently only have an international PHONE NUMBER, you can enter 617-555-5555 as a place holder that will allow you to sign you waiver. You can update your phone number in the future.

This waiver will renew automatically each month as long as you are listed as a full-time student in our system.
