This is a dependent membership billed monthly. This is an auto-renewing membership plan and you will be charged at the beginning of each month until cancelled; Refund policy can be found in our membership handbook. Eligible dependents must be 18 years of age or younger. In order to cancel, a cancellation form must be received by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month. Note: The system will ask you to enter your credit card info two times. This gives members the option to pay an existing balance or for the first month with one credit card, and the reoccurring charges with a different credit card. If paying both with the same card please enter the same card info both times.

Marriage certificate must be submitted to perdmbsg@bu.edu prior to attempting to purchase spouse membership. We will confirm receipt when reviewed. Prior to submitting marriage certificate, ensure your spouse has been added to your household within your MyFitRec account. To add a new person to your household, click the “My Account” button, and then select “Manage Household Information”.
